AVAILABLE POSITIONS
Pole Building Foreman $40-$48 DOE
Will be responsible for completing projects on time and on budget. Also responsible for training and supervising crew members, ensuring the correct materials are delivered, evaluating plans, communicating progress to client and office, and ensuring safety standards are met.
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a solid construction background with supervisory experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of liability insurance. Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites (primarily Skagit & Snohomish County). Foremen should have the physical ability be able to lift 75lbs and the manual dexterity to use hand and power tools correctly and safely. Must be certified, or able to be become certified, in forklift operations. Spane Buildings is a drug-free workplace. Pre-employment drug testing required.

General Carpenter $20-$28 DOE
Assists the foreman in completing projects on time and on budget. Performs tasks such as cutting, hammering, moving materials and tools, climbing ladders, digging, and overhead work. Ensures self-compliance with safety standards.
Location of Work
Most of our jobsites are located in Skagit, Island, and Snohomish Counties with occasional work in outlying areas. Hotel and per diem allowance provided if jobs are more than 2 hours away from our shop.
Qualifications
Construction background preferred. Will train the right person if construction is your passion. Must be willing to change gears quickly and often. Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites. Applicants should have the physical ability be able to lift 50-75lbs on occasion and the manual dexterity to use hand and power tools correctly and safely. Must be willing and able to work in all types of weather. Forklift certification/experience a plus. Spane Buildings is a drug-free workplace. Pre-employment drug testing required.
