Spane Building Inc. just finished a 952 square foot garage/shop pole building and all of my interactions with Spane were pleasant and professional. We got a bid from another pole building company that cost less initially but once the plan was upgraded to the spec I wanted, the cost was higher than Spane’s bid. They assisted with the design and permitting as an included part of project. All of the materials used in the building were high quality. The subcontractors,(cement, gutters, overhead doors) Spane used were all excellent. Everything about the building and process was as good or better than I expected.
